You have a right of withdrawal. With regard to the requirements and legal consequences of the right of cancellation, we refer to the cancellation policy in the appendix.
Consumer information and cancellation policy
If you order goods in our online shop, we would like to point out the following:
(1) The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
(2) The text of the contract is not necessarily saved by us and can no longer be called up after the ordering process has been completed. However, you can print out the order data immediately after sending it.
(3) The essential characteristics of the goods offered by us as well as the validity of limited offers can be found in the individual product descriptions in our online shop.
(4) The presentation of our goods does not constitute a binding offer on our part. Only when you order goods is a binding offer according to § 145 BGB. If this offer is accepted, we will send you an order confirmation by email. This creates the purchase contract between you and us.
(5) If you find any input errors when submitting your order in the final confirmation before checkout, you can correct them at any time with the help of the delete and change function before sending the order.
(6) If the goods you have ordered are not available, even after you have ordered, we reserve the right not to provide the service.
(7) The purchase price is due immediately with the order, with the exception of the invoice payment method. You can choose to pay for the goods by credit card, PayPal or instant transfer, Giropay or invoice, although we cannot offer all types of payment to all customers at any time.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Maison Botanic UG, In Der Knackenau 5, 82031 Grünwald, Germany, widerruf@maisonbotanic.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached withdrawal model form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Perishable goods, like foods and drinks, can not be returned.
